Ian Delmonte
Ian graduated in 1994 from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Penn. with a degree in Industrial Design and a focus in graphic design. After graduating, he worked freelance in Paris, France for two years and then returned to Washington, DC to start Studio Spark. Studio Spark has been in business for 10 years and has enjoyed the successes of many projects and has worked with a wide array of clients over the years, including Universal Studios, 20th Century Fox, The World Bank, Greenpeace, the Wilderness Society and many more. Currently, Ian oversees all projects that come through the Studio and is integral to the Studio’s business development initiatives.

Erin Crider
Erin graduated in 1998 from Miami University in Oxford, Oh with a B.A. in Anthropology and Interdisciplinary Studies. After graduating from school, she began working in the nonprofit sector focusing on online campaigns. Erin was part of a team that conceptualized and created Kaisernetwork, a health policy webcasting/news service, for the Kaiser Family Foundation. In addition, she worked with the American Association of Community Colleges for five plus years, managing the Association's web content and focusing her efforts on various web endeavors. Erin is currently a partner at Studio Spark. She provides editorial guidance on all projects and also acts as our Accounts Manager.

Jessica Ferretti
Jessica graduated in 2007 from the Art Institute of Washington, with a B.A. in Graphic Design. While attending the Art Institute she also worked as a Graphic Design Specialist at AMVETS National Headquarters. Her work has won accolades; including AIGA's 2006 Portfolio Review Poster Contest and D.C. Roller Girl's Web-site Redesign.
As of January 2008, Jessica joined Studio Spark as their Senior Graphic Designer. She is involved in conceptualizing, designing and producing a variety of projects at Studio Spark. Jessica may be a designer recently out of school, but has a reputation for clearly grasping clients needs while tailoring her diverse style accordingly.

Yuri Rozman
Yuri was Ian’s classmate at the University of the Arts, sharing a passion for art and design. Having begun early in life to express himself through fine arts, he has parlayed his interests into a career in graphics. Yuri has worked across numerous design disciplines, including products, print, brand, and signage. His engagements have spanned a broad range of sectors with a large number of clients, including the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the American Bar Association, PNC Bank, the Educational Testing Service, and others. He’s brought 14 years of design experience to the team as its Consulting Art Director, helping shape the creative vision and character of many Spark projects.
